Open House
Come out to meet our teachers and see our
classroom at our Playschool Open House on
January 16, 2012, 5:30pm-7:30pm and
again on Tuesday February 21, 2012,
7:00pm-8:00pm.
Current Playschool parents and teachers
will be on hand to answer your questions.
Registration for 2012/2013
Pre-registration: Wednesday,
February 22, 2012 from 7:00pm - 8:30pm at
the HHBH Community Association Gym.
(Beside the North Hill Safeway, just
behind the Louise Riley Library) This
registration is for returning families,
alumni families and community residents
(community residents are based on the
Calgary Board of Education catchments
for Briar Hill School).
General Registration:
Wednesday, February 29, 2012 from
7:00pm – 8:00pm. Registration
for new out of bounds families at the HHBH
Community Association Gym.
Please note: all parent volunteers
(i.e. anybody acting as ‘parent helper’)
are subject to a Police Security
Clearance. There is a charge of $10 per
security check. (this charge is waived if
the security check forms are complete at
the time of registration, the spring
parents meeting or the fall parents
meeting).
One of both of the following
identification will be needed to complete
a security clearance:
A government issued identification: birth
certificate, provincial health care card,
or social insurance card.
An official photo identification: driver’s
license, passport, citizenship card,
registry office photo identification, FAC
card, or military ID card.
